Mô Tả Công Việc

• Researching, understanding and analyzing markets then making the detail reports on each market & proposing plans to approach clients.
• Searching for new client and develop market share.
• Understanding deeply company's products and culture to advise the most suitable products / travel solutions to clients.
• Supporting marketing activities to achieve sale targets and build the powerful brand.
• Managing relationships with existing customers.
• Making monthly /quarter /yearly report to leader/ BOM
• Striving to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs client accounts.
• Attending team meeting and discussing to improve the performance of team
Other tasks are assigned by management NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 3

• Barchelor's Degree in English, Tourism or relevant majors.
• Male/Female at the age of 22 – 27.
• Excellent spoken and written in English.
• Strong researching, planning and analytic skill.
• Knowledge of marketing channels is bonus.
• Knowledge of destinations in Vietnam is a must and Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar is a bonus.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good attitude, well organized, patience.
• Willing to travel for business.

WORKING TIME & REST:
• 44 hours per week (8h00 – 12h/morning & 13h00 – 17h00: afternoon; off: 2 Saturday & every Sunday)
• 12 days of annual leave entitlement
