Working with Prudential as Bancassurance Sale Manager means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to deliver the best tool & support the daily operation of the biggest Insurance Cooperation in Vietnam.

Bancassurance is an emerging distribution channel in Vietnam with a great potential for growth. Prudential is keen on developing this channel to become a substantial part of our business This position yields to high performance on sale growth, active ratio and turnover by recruiting, training and managing Banca Staff under assigned Bank Partner.

Responsibilities
- Planning: planning sales & training activities …in the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.
- Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales targets.
- Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team.
- Training & Development: Train & develop the agency force.
- Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration with departments and Bank Partners.
- Others: assigned by Head of Bancassurance from time to time. Qualifications
- Mandatory: University Degree

Experiences:
- Mandatory: At least 2 year experience working in insurance, banking or foreign-invested financial companies
- Advantage: Additional management training experience
