  1. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  2. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  3. Working closely with other departments such as Sales, Training, Logistics, Customer Development and Business Control, she / he should demonstrate not only the functional capabilities, but also leadership and passion of the Brand.
  4. Develop annual marketing plan with goals, strategies, tactics, and programs accordingly to the brand vision.
  5. Online store and managing the e-commerce team
  6. Media & Communications (PR)
  7. Product management
  8. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  9. Planning for hiring, Interviews, trains marketing staff members.
  10. Other tasks as assigned by Company.
  1. BA degree in marketing, qualified chartered marketer
  2. Experience managing a team of people
  3. Ability to critique and advise E-Commerce team
  4. Digital marketing experience and keen interest
  5. In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
  6. Strong analytical and project management skills
  7. Business savvy and excellent verbal and written communications skills
  8. Confident and dynamic personality
  9. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  10. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within website and internet functions and have a technical mindset to successfully deal with the IT tools (CMS) used on a daily basic
  11. Knowledge of graphic design software and tools
  12. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  13. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  14. Strong creative outlook.
  15. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  16. Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  17. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
