Mô Tả Công Việc

• Acquire new to bank customers, new funds, life insurance through different sale channels to achieve pre-set targets such as telesales, company presentation, bank events…
• Establish and maintain long term and profitable banking relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively and consistently manage to engage with the portfolio to upsell and cross-sell.
• In charge of contacting and collecting customers’ information following the Superior onboarding process from the new model.
• Coordinating and collaborating well with related internal departments and also the network in UOB group (Singapore, Malaysia, China….)
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts) • Minimum 2 years experience in sales with proven records to exceed sales target
• Preferred candidates from banking, insurance, marketing agencies, …
• Experience in payroll service and serving high network customers is a PLUS
• Good English with both in writing and speaking skills to work with foreign clients
• Confidently presenting products and services in small and medium groups (10-50 attendants)
• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
• Computer knowledge: word, excel, powerpoint…
• Fast learner, independent and capable of working under pressure and efficiently
