Mô Tả Công Việc

Sources of Growth Analysis: Create and monitor integrated brand and business plans in both the long and short-tem to unlock superior value for FMCG products
- Regular reviews of brand performance vs plan, and make recommendations for action to achieve Sales, and Brand Contribution objectives
- Consistently meets or exceeds forecast accuracy tolerances through delivery of long-term forecast

Consumer Insight: Discover & develop consumer/ brand/ category insight, including market research management:
- Create consumer insight & proposition
- Identify business opportunities and issues
- Develop compelling communications

Brand Stewardship: Ensures that marketing mixes are constructed and continuously improved to resonate consumers to ultimately deliver marketing objectives:
- Market share
- Brand Awareness
- Brand equity strategic measure

Innovation: Develop and deliver commercially successful new product that enhance existing brands/categories or create a new one
- Develops the brand innovation strategy, drives idea / concept generation that achieve target results in concept test.
- Lead / participate project team to deliver new products development in a timely manner

Consumer/ Shopper/ Expert Connection: Work with agency to develop adv strategy & the corresponding brand connection platform, ad idea, communication, activation idea/ mechanism specifically & effectively build the brand positioning and achieve brand/business objectives with high impact:

Commercial Awareness: Operates with strong commercial acumen, manages brand P&L budget to deliver superior analysis / review Requirements:
- Education: University graduate
- Experience: 5-8 years’ solid marketing experience with multinational companies in the FMCG industry
- Languages: Vietnamese and fluent business English competency
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical, planning and execution skills
- Team player with good communication and people management skills
- Innovative with sense of urgency and able to cope with heavy workload
- Willing to relocate
