Mô Tả Công Việc

1/ Social Insurance:

- Reconcile SHUI with C12 from SHUI Dept and Accounting Dept.

- Advice/or explain all employee's questions concerning to Social, Medical, Unemployment Insurance.

2/ PIT for Local:

- Complete monthly PIT report, yearly PIT finalization, reconciliation PIT with Tax Department ( if any).

- Prepare and issue tax receipt and income confirmation letter to employee.

- Advice / Explain all employee's questions concering to PIT, PIT finalization, Dependent..

3/ Payroll:

- Processing to calculate & transfer monthly salary & bonus for all employees.

- Doing last payment for termination staff.

- Calculate Incentive salary for sale department.

4/ Labor report:

- Descreasing/Increasing report in case of any changes in labour status every 6 months.

- Descreasing/Increasing report in case of any changes in labour status every month for Labour Department.

- Report on Accident commission status.

- Report on Occupational safety and hygiene.

5/ HR system:

- Participate in HR system project.

6/ Other:

- Handles other tasks assigned by Head of Department.

- Making budget for yearly salary cost.

- Complete all salary survey report ( Tower Watson, Mercer, Hay Group, Nikkie, Iconic...)

- Knowledge of Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance.

- Knowledge of Expat PIT, Local PIT.

- Knowledge of Labour laws.

- Experience from 03 years above.

- Fluent written and verbal English Skill is a plus.
